The team at SMART Care Community Support are an embodiment of our five core values, making up our SMART name. We believe that these five aspects create strong foundations for individualised support that benefits everyone involved; enriching your family and your children. SMART Care Community Support are here to provided the individualised support specific to your family's personal needs, to inspire your child's growth, and to facilitate fun.
Social interaction is such an important part of development, but so often overlooked. SMART Social Support encourages participants to reach out of their comfort zone and explore various social settings from dining out, to attending movies, and interacting with other participants socially. These experiences allow participants to see, understand, demonstrate and practise socially appropriate norms, like etiquette, and public behaviours.
During this difficult time we are very lucky to have a number of experience tutors and qualified teachers on our team to help with online learning and ensuring families are getting what they need out of their education.
Skills for Creative Living is a program created by our Lead Educator, Jae. She has taken her skills in various fields including cooking, baking, sewing, gardening, etc. and combined them into a 10-week program that introduces children on a 1:1 ratio to these different experiences.
Good nutrition is vital to health and wellbeing. To take the stress out of planning and cooking meals, SMART Meal Preparation can help at home, supporting you in the kitchen, or arranging the convenience of cooked and delivered meals. Feel supported in cooking your own creations, or just knowing your dietary needs are being met in a way that is easy and convenient to you.
