Meet Jae
Lead Educator
Jae is our Lead Educator at SMART Care Community Support. She has been working with children since she was 17. Jae has experience as a private nanny, casual babysitter, and has spent the last 3 years as a Support Worker, working particularly with children with high-needs and ASD.
Jae plays a very active role in our team. You'll find her providing specialised support work, engaging in casual babysitting, arranging short term accomodation itineraries, creating school holiday programs for our team to deliver, and teaching Skills for Creative Living at a 1:1 ratio.
When working with others, you can find Jae getting creative with sewing, cooking, cupcake decorating and sticker making. Jae also loves spending time outside, particularly in her garden where she grows a variety of fruits, vegetables and edible flowers.


Meet Ethan
Director of Operations
Ethan is our Director of Operations at SMART Care Community Support. He has been working in the business development and business management space for over 5 years, across a number of different industries, including legal, travel and retail businesses.
You'll find Ethan mostly behind the scenes, maintaining the smooth operation of SMART Care and ensuring clients and participants needs are being met.
In his free time, Ethan is a plane enthusiast, or AV Geek. He loves plane-spotting at the airport and can talk for hours about aircrafts and how they differ from each other. Plane spotting is up there with his other hobbies; travelling, drone flying and riding his electric scooter!
Meet Hayley
Educator & Home Tutor
Hayley is one of our Educators at SMART Care Community Support. She has been working with children under 5 for the last 2 years, and is striving to become a Primary School Teacher in the coming years. Hayley has experience working within a childcare setting, as well as in an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC). Her most recent role has been in a support worker capacity, particularly with children with ASD.
Hayley plays a very active role in our team. She is very hands on and enjoys getting creative with painting, drawing, clay and digital art. She also enjoys singing and dancing to her favourite musicals.


Meet Noah
Youth Disability Support Worker
Noah is one of our high-energy Youth Disability Support Workers. He loves spending time outdoors dribbling a basketball or kicking a footy. He is a fantastic mentor to young men, encouraging his clients to be active outdoors and explore and enjoy their hobbies.
Noah is currently undertaking his Certificate III in Individual Support, on track to be completed in June 2022. He is looking forward to expanding his knowledge in this industry as he works passionately with his clients.
In his free time, Noah is an apt wakeboarder and snowboarder, spending his free time indulging these hobbies!
Meet Sophie
Administration Assistant
Sophie is one of our Administration Assistants, She has always had a passion for administration-type work. Sophie completed her Certificate III in business administration in 2015 through online distant education.
When she isn't working she is busy being a mum of two children.
Sophie loves spending time with family when she can this involves things like relaxing at home, taking the children out and about, going for a swim when it's warm enough and drinking coffee!
